フナ缶詰試食会

春休みに入り部活動が終わった昼休みの時間に、若狭高校の校長室にて今春5月に発売予定の「フナ缶詰」試食会を行いました。

今までに何度も生徒や教員または一般の方々に試食をしていただきアンケートを実施し、ようやく完成したフナ缶詰。2年海洋科学科の生徒3名がお皿に盛り付け、中森校長、北村教頭、橋本教頭が試食しました。

3名の先生方からは「食べる前はフナの生臭いといった印象があったが、食べた後は臭みがなく甘くて美味しい」「フナの印象が変わった」「たいへんおいしいので発売されたらぜひ買いたい」など大変好評でした。

生徒らは「これまで頑張ってきて良かったです」と、活動の成果を喜んでいました。

Tasted canned crucian carp.

A tasting of canned crucian carp, which will be launched in May this spring, was held in the school principal’s office at Wakasa High School.

The canned crucian carp was finally completed after a number of tastings and questionnaires from students, teachers and the general public. 3 students from the 2nd year marine science course served the canned crucian carp on plates, which were then tasted by Principal Nakamori, Vice Principal Kitamura and Vice Principal Hashimoto.

The three teachers commented that they had an impression of the fishy smell of crucian carp before tasting it, but after eating it, they found it to be sweet and tasty with no smell, that their impression of crucian carp had changed, and that they would definitely like to buy it when it goes on sale as it is very tasty.

The students were pleased with the results of their activities, saying that they were glad they had worked so hard.
