To the third-year students, congratulations on your graduation.
\nTo the parents, congratulations on the graduation of your children. I would also like to thank you for your understanding and cooperation with PTA activities over the past three years.<\/p>\n

Around the time when our graduates entered the school, the spread of the new coronavirus caused chaos in school life and society as a whole, and our way of life changed dramatically. I am sure that it was far from the high school life you had envisioned, with a succession of planned school events and club competitions being cancelled, and masks being worn in school.<\/p>\n

Despite these difficulties, looking back on your school life, the friendships and experiences you have gained through three years of hard work are an invaluable asset for all of you. The educational goal of Wakasa High School is “to cultivate a spirit of understanding and tolerance towards different cultures and to nurture well-educated members of society”, and I am sure that you have worked hard together with your teachers over the past three years to achieve this educational goal. I hope that after graduation you will continue to contribute to the development of the Wakasa region and the cultivation of well-educated members of society.<\/p>\n

Finally, I would like to send my favourite words to those who will lead our society in the future.<\/p>\n

If you go down this road, don’t be in doubt, if you are in doubt, there is no road; if you step out, your first step will become a road, and your first step will become a path. Go, don’t hesitate, go and you will see.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

There will be times in the future when you will be asked to make various decisions.
